Commerce Department Announces Preliminary Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review on Polyethylene Retail Carrier Bags from China
July 30, 2009In response to requests from interested parties, the Department of Commerce (the Department) is conducting an administrative review of the antidumping duty order on polyethylene retail carrier bags (PRCBs) from the People’s Republic of China (PRC). The review covers Rally Plastics Co., Ltd. The period of review is August 1, 2007, through July 31, 2008.
The Department has preliminarily determined that sales were made at prices below normal value by the company subject to this review. If these preliminary results are adopted in the final results of the review, the Department will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection to assess antidumping duties on all appropriate entries.
Interested parties are invited to comment on these preliminary results. Parties who submit comments in this review should submit with each argument (1) a statement of the issue and (2) a brief summary of the argument.
